KBK rigid light crane is a modular rigid modular rigid workstation lifting equipment. The entire system is composed of C-type cold-rolled rigid rails, rigid hanging components, operating trolleys, lifting hoists, and electrical control components. All of them use standardized modules and are assembled on site with bolts without welding operations. The equipment can be suspended from the building’s  suspended from the building’s overhead load‑bearing beams building, or can be installed on the floor with a self-standing steel structure frame, without occupying the floor passage space of the workshop. The equipment mainly adopts straight rail layout, and can be configured with single main beam or double main beam structure. The rated load covers 250kg-3200kg, and is suitable for workstation lifting conditions with medium and heavy loads, large spans and high positioning requirements. The track is made of integral cold-rolled C-shaped steel profiles, and a rigid locking connection is used between the lifting point and the track. The overall frame has no relative swing displacement. The deflection of the main beam is small under large-span heavy-load conditions, the running trolley runs smoothly, and the hook positioning accuracy is high. The whole machine can be equipped with manual or electric chain hoists, supports manual‑handle control and wireless wireless remote‑control mode. It is mostly used to support new production lines, and can also be used for station lifting modifications in original factories to make up for the limitations of traditional bridge cranes in small and medium-sized workstation areas.

Under the same span conditions, fewer hanging points are required in the factory building, which reduces the reduces the engineering effort for modifying the building superstructure. The operating conditions are stable and can support high-frequency continuous operations. The working level covers M4-M7, and is suitable for long-term uninterrupted loading and unloading operations on the assembly line. The parts have good versatility, simple maintenance and repair in the later stage, convenient replacement of spare parts, low overall operation failure rate, and controllable comprehensive use cost. The aerial operation mode frees up ground space, does not interfere with the passage of ground equipment and material placement, and optimizes the overall space utilization of the workshop.
