KPDZ‑series low‑voltage rail‑powered electric rail cart is a heavy-duty track handling equipment that is safe, energy-saving, has no endurance limit, and can operate all day long. It is a special equipment for high-frequency over-span transfer in industrial factories. The equipment adopts the ground‑mounted step‑down transformer power supply to convert 380V industrial voltage into 36V safe low-voltage alternating current, which is introduced into the insulated track, and then converted into direct current to drive the traction motor through the on‑board rectifier. Compared with the traditional KPD low-voltage flat car, the KPDZ model optimizes the starting performance and under-voltage adaptability, solving the problems of difficult starting and unstable long-distance power supply of the old model. The whole vehicle adopts an integral box-beam welded structure, which has strong rigidity, uniform load-bearing, and stable operation. It does not require cable trailing or battery energy storage during the entire process. It can achieve unlimited distance and 24-hour uninterrupted continuous operation. It is the preferred heavy-duty handling equipment for modern dust-free, clean, and high-frequency industrial workshops.

It supports uninterrupted production in three shifts and eliminates problems such as charging waiting and cable wear and entanglement. The operating efficiency is far superior to those of battery‑driven rail carts. It is equipped with a special DC traction motor, which has large starting torque, strong overload capability, and can be started with heavy loads in a short time. Even if the track insulation is aging and under slight under-voltage conditions, it can still operate stably with low burnout risk. The damage and failure rate are extremely low; the vehicle frame structure is solid and stable, the load-bearing distribution is even, impact resistance, wear resistance, long-term high-frequency heavy-load operation is not easy to deform, the equipment has a long service life; the electrical system is simple and stable, the accessories are highly common, and there is no need to frequently maintain the battery and replace cables, and the daily operation and maintenance costs are extremely low; the operation starts and stops softly, the alignment is accurate, the noise is low, and the transfer process It has no bumps and offsets and can safely transport precision and heavy workpieces.
