A:We are a professional crane manufacturer with 20-year industry experience and one of the leading enterprises in the hoisting equipment sector in South China. We operate two modern production bases in Jieyang, Guangdong and Changyuan, Henan, alongside a sales center in Foshan. Q: Can you provide custom & non-standard crane solutions including OEM / ODM?

A:Yes. We offer over 30 series and nearly 1,000 product models, including overhead cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, electric hoists, metallurgical & explosion-proof cranes and intelligent logistics conveying equipment. Beyond standard models, we specialize in custom solutions for explosion-proof, precision-positioning and heavy-tonnage lifting scenarios. Flexible OEM & ODM services are available for branding, color, technical parameters and packaging.

Q: What standards, certifications and quality control do you apply for cranes?

A:Our design & production comply with ISO, FEM, DIN international standards. CE certification covering MD & LVD directives, together with full declaration and technical documents, can be provided for target markets. Strict full-process QC is implemented: 100% UT ultrasonic testing for main beam welds, motor load test, no-load & overload test before delivery. Each unit comes with independent QC inspection report.

Q: What about quotation terms, logistics, installation, after-sales and payment terms?

A:Our standard quotes apply EXW, FOB and other trade terms. We ensure safe delivery of goods to your nominated port.You may choose from two installation options: engineer on-site guidance, or remote support via drawings and videos.A 1-year warranty applies to the complete unit, alongside 7×24-hour remote after-sales service. We accept Sight L/C. Flexible payment terms are available for long-term partners.

Q: Can we visit your factory and review similar project references?

A:Absolutely. We welcome you to visit our two production bases in Guangdong and Henan, as well as our Foshan sales center — video factory audits can also be arranged if travel is not convenient. We have established stable cooperation with many large manufacturing enterprises and key engineering projects across China, and our products are progressively exported to markets along the "Belt and Road."
